Legal Issues? Please Help.

Hello, I am in California and am going in for a medical marijuana evaluation. Assuming I get a rec, (Its actually for a legit reason), can I still be busted for growing? I still live with my mom and am 20. She is afraid that she will lose her job, (government worker), if anyone finds out. Is there any way for her to sign a certain area of land to me so any possible blame would come on me? Thanks guys.

If you have a signed contract for rent then your space is your space. You are treated as the owner of what you're renting.

Yes, you can type it up yourselves. Even if you don't pay her its a way for her to be without responsibility. I have been in this same issue in a nonlegal state. My landlord didn't care as long as I took responsibility.
