Left light on during flowering by mistake

I'm about half way through flower and I must have knocked the timer without realising and left lights on 7am-3.30am (usually 7-7). How long should I leave them off to make sure they get back to flowering ASAP?

ive done that b4 i just put it back to the normal light schedule didnt change anything and it grew fine
