Leeching

hey all long time no questions. lol. Wondered if you might help me out? Week eight first leeching with Clearex. Soil less soil 7 gal pots. What percentage of runoff should i be achieving... Should i flush each plant with 7 gal of water and expect 90% runoff? Also after watering with 200ppm water 7 gallons mind you, i am still getting a ppm reading of 5000ppm.. Way to high i think, you? And at what point do you achieve nute lockout., cuz my feeling is with a reading of 5000ppm runoff my plants should be burned right? and they are not. And should i be leeching every 3rd watering with plain water? every other watering?
