LED's are bad for your health...

Article is opinion... where is the science?? Quack Quack!
There is science pertaining to the definite health benefits of low-level infrared exposure, so I guess you could say that removing this from your environment by using commercial LED lights that eschew adding LLLIR means that you lose a healthy source of that light. But to then say LED's are harmful, seems to be misleading in a way.

Of course with the types of LED/COBs we're using, I will definitely say that these things are bright enough to damage your eyes, and that wearing full eye protection when working around them is crucial. I know people with MD, and they all swear it was due to long term constant exposure to direct sunlight without wearing protective lenses. Not something I'd take chances with, at least not until they perfect the 3D printing of new eyeballs, prolly in about 15 years, imo. ;?D

"LED lamps are a form of digital non-thermal lighting whereas incandescent light bulbs and halogens are analog thermal light sources. "

LOL I downloaded a bunch of digital light last month it hurt my health.

You are ignorants...., Lol!
There is definately something true in this article, but I would not change to candles to burning down my house, Lol!
But low-voltage halogen for the bed- and living-room is really a good idea.
I've changed from incandescent lights over T5 and halogen to expensive CRI95 LED's and now I should change again to low-voltage halogen...?
Maybe only another marketing trick to boost the light industry ...

BTW,
I would really like to see a non-thermal LED, Lol!
Should be 100% efficient...

It seems a bit over the top, but those who are using the blurple (blue/red) leds should replace them with neutral-warm white leds. There are a number of DIYers using them, as well as Amare Technologies, and a handful of other premade panels

That article is so bad, I'm shocked to even see it on a website that's trying to appear credible.

Headlines like that bring traffic to the site, however. Google doesn't care how you got to the site (even to make fun of it), all Google counts is visits, even if the visit is to mock the insanity of the article.

No, there are truths twisted and used to build lies, that's why they call it junk science. They are designed to pray on people's ignorance and fear and sadly, WAY too many people fall prey to this BULLSHIT.

If you don't eat anything, and don't drink anything, and hold your breath as long as you can, it will be the healthiest 2 minutes of your life................

And let's all get some of those soy candles, and help all the New Age retards destroy the Rain Forrest completely. Ya do know, they chop a million acres of the Amazon Rain Forest A DAY........... to plant soybeans........... Yeah Go Green........
