Led strips or 2xQB for 2x2 tent?

Hi,
Today I'm running 3 cobs(citizen 1818 3500k) at 218w with active cooling, that I bought a few years ago(4years).
I usually grow 2 autoflowers in a 2x2 tent.
I get around 1.2 g/w on this setup.

I am thinking about upgrading the lights, and I can't decide which light will be the best for this space.
unfortunately, I can't upgrade the space, so I want to upgrade the lights for better results.

I was thinking about two options:
Led strips

Or
Qb board x2 and run them at 60-70%

With which one do you think I will get the best results, or this is not an upgrade at all?
If you have other good alternatives for 2x2 space I will be happy to know.

Thank you, I will appreciate your help.

I would probably go with the first option but with a smaller driver.
120-150w would be good.
Maybe look at getting it without the driver and source your own xlg driver locally.

Results wise personally i dont think there is much difference in the strips or boards if both Samsung Lm301h, but if running the strips your looking at you can run them harder as they have 660nm reds so they can run safely at like 2100ma but the board got xpe 2 reds so most you can run that at recommended is 1050ma so u would need to run more to equal watts output of the board, but if u ran a couple extra they would be more efficient as running softer just adding more strip would make it more efficient and a better par per watt value

120-150 watts of lm301b or h is more than enough light for 4 sq ft of canopy.
I run a single QB @120 watts on random closet grows(2x2 area) with great results.
Either of those fixtures will work but it's really more than you need.

Thank you for your answers,
One more thing I had an issue.
I think I will go with the bars, but I see they don't have a UV switch, it is critical to have one? or because they do not have a lot of UV it will not have a bad effect on the planets.

One of these HLG QB 96 on a Meanwell HLG-185H-54A driver. 185w of high powered white, red, and deep red diodes and is perfect for 2x2. Total cost would be around $150 for QB 96, driver, and miscellaneous connectors.
