please include a brief description of your lights, how much you have running etc. Listing the price for your build would be helpful as well

Welcome, Jo.
I use a combination of 3k and 4k Vero29SE cobs on a 4 array frame 48" long on a 320w driver. I can also add 30w of 660nm during flower. I added some Samsung F-series light strips as outriggers for the Vero fixture. 4 of the F24B on a 320w driver pushes me close to 1kw when everything is maxed. It's a bit of overkill but it allows me to dial in the intensity the plants want.

A 4x4 will need at least 480w of diodes comparable to the current benchmark. My space is a 5x5, so my system pushes about 40w/sq ft. Light strips or boards are the most cost-efficient way to produce enough photons to give you good growth. I built my fixtures for right at $1/watt, so I'd budget at least $600 as a reasonable cost.
