I don't write many posts but I have depended on this site for info over the years so I want to give back.
This guy I know paid way too much for a "Mini cool cab" 5 years ago and it came with a 400W convertible light. It has worked out great but the power and heat were a killer so he recently decided to try LED's, and he did much of his research here. I just want everyone to know that he bought the PG-260 from Hydroponics Hut and he is really happy with the results. His little cabinet runs at about 75-80 degrees now with no cool tube and just 2 little muffin fans bringing in positive airflow and expelling into a crawlspace. Thanks to the LEDs he is using 50% less power now as well. He started 2 Atomic Northern Lights from seed he got from Hemp Depot and they are both very happy and 3 weeks into flower.
By the way after 5 years the Cool Cab paid for itself and from what I can tell the LED's are going to also (now that this guy knows what he's doing he thinks he should have built his own cab set-up... hindsight LOL).
