led light question

I grabbed a 450w LED from amazon, its a cheaper one it's actual draw its 195w.. I have a spacebucket I put together using a 44 gal bucket I had lying around. It's about 3.5 feet tall by 2ish feet wide... and a 32 gal one thats a little short maybe 3 feet by 2 ft wide.. its the led too much for that size or is it ok? I plan on just having 1 plant in there.

If someone knows could could breakdown and explain how I calculate how much wattage needed per grow area so I know from now on?

I wasn't looking for an opinion on the LED. It's what I can afford right now, and simply a first indoor grow to see how I do.

I don't think too much light, but should test your running temps with a watered pot inside: let run for 4 hours and check temps/humid.
