LED light help

I'm still not 100 percent sure what kind of lights I want to use. Has anyone ever heard of or tried Hydro Grow lights?
Everyone selling LEDs makes all these huge claims about their lights. Not sure who to believe. Any input would be appreciated.

dont know about hydrogrow lights. but to let you know led lights do not use all of the watts they say they do. a 180w used around 130-150w of energy. you want to get a led with more than 3 watt diodes for better penetration. i recently bought a pro-grow have had is about 3 days and its nice. the fans are kinda loud tho.
