LED comparison

I am planning my grow and I want to use LED.

I will growing in a 3.3'x3.3' tent and I am planning on using either a cob 350 power drawn

Or a Mars hydro 2 400w that pulls 188 watts

Which one do you recommend?
Also why

could not see the cob link but I would go cob over blurple any day of the week. Can check my grow (in week 9 of flower) in a similar space using a 300w 4cob kit from Timber. Can not complain at all, used it the entire grow and very happy with the results for my first time.

@newguy123 Neither, look at white COB fixtures or DIY Kits.
