I really like the look of those mini lights they sell for 50 bucks. The drivers are 15.00 a piece and the mounts are extra too but I bet you can get drivers and mounts for less. I'm thinking 4 x 730nm, then maybe start getting some 660s. They do custom lights too but ya probably have to order a few thousand.

What fixture or spectrum did you get? Would appreciate more details since i've been wanting to give them a try.
neosol 300w/ f3 super tight internodes. Quality wise Led won. will do weight comparison here soon I believe it is fairly even; however, you can visibly see the hps colas were more swollen /filled branches more but the LED were noticeably more dense. Another thing was the LED fully developed even smaller low ones that i didn't lollipop where as on the hps those never fully mature down there.

I got my led grow light from www.fableds.com and I think the results are outstanding. I got there g9 model and 15 afghani's under it just started flowering.
Was looking at buying there 812 watt input grow light in couple months but £1,000. But that thing pumps out lumens i seem to remember.

But as it goes I think there reasonably priced. It was either this or a blackstar hahah :bigjoint:

And then there was this email I got from advanced:

"We are proud to announce a new patent-pending technology (seriously) that will completely change the indoor growing industry, but we need your help!

You are an important part of this product launch.

We want to offer those who have supported us in the past a unique way to get cool stuff,a discounted price and the first batch of these new lights. We will be launching a Kickstarter.com project for this new light in order to get the funding needed to setup our US manufacturing facility and lower our part costs. This light is amazing and you have the chance to be a part of it's creation and get a front row seat in the launch!

Please share this with everyone you can so we can get enough backers to build this light in the US and help gardeners and farmers like you.

*Look for an update in the coming days that will include details of the lights, your special release pricing and other cool stuff.

Thanks for your support over the last 4 years!

Sincerely,

The Entire Advanced LED Team"

Hmmmm...patent pending...usa manufacturing...will completely change the indoor growing industry...all sounds great but we have all heard claims like these before. Depending on the details that start to come out, I may or may not contribute to the kickstarter fund. I know they aren't the most popular leds out, but I came into the led game with advanced and their lights are what made me a believer in leds, so I'm always interested to see what they come out with. I'll keep the forum posted with new details as I learn more.

Looks like the led tubes are finally up on the website:

http://www.apachetechinc.com/24-led-tube.html

Now just eagerly awaiting info/details on the rest of the new gear
I saw the Tube tab was up so I shot em an email saturday, and they got back to me yesterday.

Hello and thanks for the message.

Yes, we are just about ready to release the AT200 series of lights. We were at Maximum Yield trade show in San Francisco this weekend and unveiled both, the response was pretty overwhelming. *We should have these lights available within the next 2-4 weeks available only at first on our website and then eventually on our other wholesalers websites too. These new lights include a significant upgrade to the chip and some minor modifications to the drivers. the heatsink and wiring harnesses will remain the same, as they have proven to be ideal, even for this new chip. *We would like to eventually decrease the weight of the units (which the majority of the weight is due to the heatsink) and have begun work in this direction. *All of our color options will be available with these units; these color options/variations were designed with the grower in mind and have been specifically designed for various crops.*

hope this helps and let us know if we can answer any other questions.
Nothing tags hasn't filled us in on already, but it sounds like the 14th-28th is when it's goin down

The new generation/models are basically ready. The website is lagging as usual still. But if you call them, you can order them(can still use code). Scotch knows what's up...about the 14th and everything should be ready(lights, website, final specs and readings)

Here is a pic of the booth...AT200's, the tubes, and the big 660...the whole line.

^is that a 4x8 tent? the big 660 looks like it is covering half that tent very nicely.

When you getting some in your bloom room??

So here is an update about the new advanced lights coming later in the year:

"As a special thank you to all our past customers, we have decided to give you a sneak peek at our new ARC Series LED lights that feature our Patent Pending Compound Beam Technology (CBT). This new form of light is not just a better lens or a higher wattage LED,but a formula for successful harvests.

Here are a few of the unique benefits of the ARC Series LED:

1. High Intensity,as high as you want. (Seriously) 2. Efficiency like no other. (CBT limits any stray light) 3. Modular and Flexible (change colors, brands or upgrade in minutes) 4. Made in the USA (this is our Kickstarter goal and we need your help!)"

They included a pic but I couldn't copy it from the email. To me just looks like another matrix led style lamp. I'll reserve judgment until more details are released, but so far the only thing I find interesting is high intensity, as high as you want part...the cbt pending patent just sounds like a gimmick or copy illumitex design. We'll see, they might end up better than the average. More details as they come my way.

But if I'm choosing between this and the new apache gear for my next purchase, well I'll feel best about grabbing an apache

Never thought there would be a question between apache an advanced. But good to see them trying to do something new/unique. I'll have one of the prototype 660 this weekend. Pretty sure the at200 is ready when you guys are. Just not the 660 yet.
Just tell them you have the code(RBK331) if you call.
