So how big are the plants? what is your yield--grams per watt? those nugs looks sweet, but those plants look a bit short, just wondering if you are getting the weight you want?
The plant in that pic is over 5' tall. I'm expecting 120-150g dry off this lil' lady ;) There's 4 other plants in with her under the 439W panel, so.... I'm expecting about 1g/W

Every time i see a grow with an A51 panel its makes me more glad I'm getting one! beef those plants look great, lovely green leaves!

would you say the panel covers the recommended area well? i doubt you need supplemental lighting though?
Yep, I'm using it in a 4x4 tent and it covers nicely. As per norm, the brightest light is in a core centre area.

I have one small CFL underneath the canopy so I can see what's going on down there, I don't expect it to actually supplement the grow. In my other tent I'm using x2 Blackstar 180's and x1 Pro-Grow 180, 380W actual draw.

I'm glad that i'm finally hearing some good things about A LED from you guys. LOL, was going to pop on the BS or the PG but now that everyone is saying the A51 is better i will go with that. But can't get one now have to start with a high watt cfl. If i add like a A51-90 the cfl wont effect the light pattern with it? Just curious.

Actually in the one tent there's;

3 Blueberry
1 White Widow
1 Neville's Haze
1 Moby Dick

So, six total.

if there are 6 plants...you arent getting 120gs per plant then, if thats the case you are getting more like 2g per watt right? you said 439w light, covering 6 plants and getting 1g per watt? and you said 120(minimum) on that one plant(so unless the wieght of each plant is massivley diff for each youd be getting at least 700gs with a 120 average)? im just making sure i understand exactly what your getting in terms light to wieght ratio...but not matter what the numbers are those plants look healthy and tastey!!

I am expecting vastly different weights off the different strains.

And I had a major problem yesterday, the light fell (tent defect) and crushed a few of the plants. The Blueberry is gone, and the window lost 1/2 of it's yield, the Neville's Haze lost a few large colas, and the Moby and Smaller Blueberries took a thrashing too... :(

The light is ok though!

I had a defective hanger. Fortunately my ufo 90 did not weigh enough to make it crash. They replaced and told me a new hanger will be in the offing

ouch! that sucks...the guys at rhinogrow are very easy to get a hold of--i had a small issue a month ago and the one guy actually came out and checked everything out to make sure it was good shape. good people--just an FYI
Long story short, I have had hours of communication with them, the problem is they won't or can't accept that the particular panel I got was damaged, 3 replacement panels all the same and instead of sorting the problem in a week like they famously say on the website, every time I got a new panel sent it was 3 weeks at a time, this is from the UK branch mind you, when I asked if it was drop shipped they denied that yet each time the panel arrives it is direct from China on the weigh bill.

I am very glad that at least others are having joy with their choices, I currently am enjoying area51 lights as part of my set up. Good growing.
