Yes, LED brand is most important, even over fixture functionality, when choosing lighting fixtures.

This pics are from a tomato grow I did first to test the lights. I didnt want to waste good genetics on lights if they didnt work. The grew pretty dam good so I have already moved them over to my Headband and White LSD grow and so far so good
