Leaves Yellow from edges toward the middle

4 1000w lights. About 80 degrees with all lights on, good ventilation.
White Widow plants 18-24 in tall, 1 week from switching from 18-6 to 12-12 light cycle
Planted in 3 gal fabric containers, ocean forest soil, fertilizing every other watering with Grow Big.
Watering w/ tap water, pH about 7.
I've been growing the same strains the same way for a long time, 5th generation W Widow clones, and I've never had this problem. The leaves, about halfway up the plant are turning yellow starting from the outer edge and working in toward the middle. One plant is almost completely yellow now, but most are just starting the yellowing pattern.
I read that the yellowing pattern (from outside toward the inside) may indicate iron or calcium deficiency. And that a low pH will inhibit uptake of calcium, and that a high pH will inhibit the uptake of Iron. I read that soil pH should be between 5.8 and 6.5 or so. I bought a probe for $20 and it's reading 7 to 7.2. I've also been spraying the leaves with 'Spray N Grow", a micro-nutrient supplement. Is the pH that far off the mark enough to cause problems like this? I did have a few thrips and mites, but pretty minor. And I did hang a ' No Pest Strip' in there for a week while the plants were in there as well. That's really the only difference- the No Pest Strip. I've never used that before. Perhaps that's causing some type of problem??? They seem to be getting worse and it's pissing me off. Any input appreciated. Thanks, Herb Growers.....
