leaves folding like venis fly trap

what is going on with my plant i cant figure it out ... has light its 80 degrees in my space i transplanted it to a bigger pot hasent changed i have small roots on a 6.5 in tall plant all the leaves are doing it the top ones are allmost closed the bodom ones are open at a 60 degree angle been like that for 3-4 days now ...

Is your humidity really low? I had two young plants do that... my humidity was approx 20%... after spraying them with water and adding a humidity dome it stopped doing it.

Warning! I'm a complete noob at growing but this worked for me.

Im having the exact problem to i have 22 babys that are about 3 weeks old and 20 of them are looking like venice fly traps too. Its driving me crazy, and all the new growth is looking deformed and retarded.Why the fuck is it this hard to grow some fucking weed that can grow anywhre but in good soil, warm house,and comfortable bed, its bullshit. DAMN IT.... Sorry had to let it out.

i added emsom salt for magnesium seems like the plant is not adsorbing any light so i added that we will what happens

Foliar feed your epsom salt to the plants. The reason its not affecting the plants may be because you have minor nutrient lockout. By foliar feeding, you are giving them the nutrient directly, and you dont have to wait for the soil to administer the epsom in small doses. Mix the epsom into a gallon of water, and then pour into your spray bottle. Then just foliar feed once or twice during your light cycle, but after you feed give your plants each a light shake, to knock off any of the larger beads of water, as to not burn your plants with the lighting. Foliar feeding is a great way to keep unrooted clones alive, as well as getting much needed nutrients to plants that are going through nutrient lockout via root administration.

coool ! now that i know that after i added Epsom salt in a bottle like a 1/2 teaspoon and dumped it in the soil leaves started to show black at the tips ? like black spots but the new leaves look good i left it in the dark for 3 days and it grew like crazy

So the epsom Salt worked, cause thats my next attempt to save my babys.
