Leaves "cupping" and curling downwards

Yo yo,

So i noticed on all my Indicas (headband) that the top leaves were starting to cup and curl. Now I also had some train wreck growing in the room which look amazing! So i thought OK this just must be what headband/indicas do.

Things I noticed: I am using reverse osmosis water and found some sever purpling in my trainwrecks so i am working on fixing that with some Mag/Cal nutes so perhaps this is a micro nute problem.

Also I had noticed I had been over feeding by about 1/2 a teaspoon per gallon of 795 dyna grow so i was thinking I locked out some micro nutients.

Anyways here are the pics lol they arent as good as I thought they were but o well

Notice the curling and twisting

I am thinking: micro nute def, micro nute lock out i dont think its over watering

That is just too much N in the plant, N toxicity. You have already found the solution when you noticed the error in your nute mix, just back off a little and let them use some out of what is stored in the plant already. Good Luck

once again lol i fucking love this site! i def agree with nitrogen toxicity ...never even know it existed! i thought it was a lockout due to nitrogen thats funny though lol the claw

Might just be overwatered too like the one guy says. Are you letting it get fairly dry before you feed it ?

overwatering usually the tips curl under
ive never had it bad enough to claw them it shows as PH like tip burns on lowers if left to long

no its def N tox....there is no way I am over watering if anything I am letting the root system get too dry and i know that can damage the small little hairs that shoot off of the roots. Def N tox not only was I over portioning but I was feeding them too often! Def learned a lesson here
