Leafs turning WHITE

I have a sick plant. Its middle leafs turned yellow.. developed spots... and now apears to be turning WHITE.. PURE WHITE.... the bottom 2 feeder leafs curled up and are nearly dead.... these white leafs are the next two above it... the very top is still green and looking good.... WTF am I doing wrong...

I dont have any means to check my PH... Have not added any nutes... it is 3 weeks old now...i cant see any bugs... could this be lack of nutes.. root rot.. or something I am not thinking of?

familiar with the problem, but no knowledge..what i've seen so far lack of N. I could be wrong.

dude u have MAJOR stretching going on there, lower your lights!! how often are you watering?

thats 3 weeks? mayb add nutes or too hot? but u should get atleast 1 coolwhite for veg

its only 3 inches tall dude... and the light is only 2 inches away

I used to water them every day until a while ago.. I stopped watering for 3 days and then gave it some tea last night

I am using 2 cfls.. i dunno which light spectrum they are in

EDIT: I gave it some tea last night... didnt water it for 3 days prior... before that i had been watering it every day

they need to veg under the blue spectrum

i really dont know what they are.... they are just cfls to me... so i probably should go get some new ones untill i get my HPS system?

EDIT: get the blue spectrum for my plants that are only a few weeks old (veg stage?) 5500K + or 5500K -

yeah I would..you want daylight(6500K) spec for veg, and warm(2700K) for flower. HPS is the way to go tho

is HPS/MH both good for soil and hydro... also could my plants be doing this due to lack of proper lighting...

Someone mentioned that it was lack of Nitrogen

those plants are too young to be lacking anything. HPS and MH is great lighting for any medium. have you given them nutrients?

not untill last night.. that was there first "TEA" they have had... it was my potting soil mixed in with water (50/50 ratio)

yo put the lights 1 inch or less away and you'll notice some improvement

what kind of soil are you going with?? You should go get some fox farms ocean forest.

This is the soil im using.. i also used it for my tea.. 50/50 soil/water ratio...


im really broke right now.. im going to upgrade everything i got in a month... i might even go hydro

feed them a 10-10-10 all purpose fert that would help. i had a similar problem

Poor babies well some overdrive from advance nutrients should help in the recovery process but not the stretching.

what worked good for me was scotts all purpose, and make sure its 10-10-10. and if u want a strong stem system get fish emulsion

got any new pictures or did they die? Anyways those are wrong CFLs in the picture u need Cool White-Natural Light-Blue Spectrum-6500k whatever u want to call it u need some of those and more then 1 per. your stretching those hardcore.
