Leaf Spots possibly Thrips and manure burn

Hello folks, it's been awhile but I love the advice that comes from this place. I recently transplanted with some compost that may have had some chicken manure that was a little fresh. I had some burn, or so I thought at first now I'm questioning if I got a bug with a compost too? Growing in an outdoor sunroom with some lighting supplements when it gets cloudy. Mostly a soilless mix but sometimes mix in some compost as the plants get older. I had a friend bring me some plants that look beautiful and within hours the same thing happened to these plants. It almost looks like thrips but some of the lesions are too round. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
