Leaf Problems

Can anyone tell me what this might be? Its happened to me before and is happening again. I thought it might be light burn but Im guessings its more nute related. Lights are 18 inches away, 400 watt MH. I just raised them to 24 inches (2 feet) becuase the plants look worse this morning and some leaves have tiny holes in them. I know its not bugs, I checked.

I usually feed around 600-700 ppm once or twice a week, theyre 3 week old clones. What doesnt make sense to me is why the plants are pale and look like they dont have enough nutes but might have nute burn as well?

It is probably both, if the plant has too much if one nutrient, it can lockout the uptake of others and judging by the purple stems, it looks like she needs phosphorus. If your soil is too wet then that can cause a p lockout. How often are you watering?

The pale green between veins looks like mg def. Add 1/2tsp/gal epsom salt to your next water/feed.

If there are other defs, could be lockout due to ph or salt buildup. Or, not feeding enough. But, mg def for sure.

Wheres I messed up on this run was I pre soaked the coco with half nutes (as instructed per the marijauna bible and on the bag of coco), then fed the transplants with half strength nutes till I got 10% run off. But when theyre that small, the pots never dry out and theyre constantly wet. So it was too much water too soon. So I had to feed them once or twice a week but they were still wet most of the time which I know is bad.

I have 1 or 2 feedings before I flip them, what would be the best suggestion for them right now? Water? Water with epsom? Flush? Full nutes? The pots are half wet right now but theyre ready for a feeding cause the first top inches are dry.

I flushed before I flipped last time cause they were looking the same but they got really pale and I think stunted for a while in flower.

Thanks in advance.

You can foliar feed epsom at a rate of 1tsp/qt. Ph 6.5.

Whatever you do with the soil, I'd do epsom there too. But, you don't have to wait to treat your plants. Protect them from strong light until dry.

Im in coco, but I fed last night at 780 ppm with the epsom you recommended. Veg for 10 more days so hopefully they bounce back. I dont like to flush before bloom cause they get super pale.

But I feed with alot of run off in bloom and do alot of only water feedings so it pushes things out.
