Leaf problem

Pretty sure I have a good idea of what this is, but I need confirmation before I start making any adjustments, growing in soil with added perlite, indoors, using a basic n-p-k bloom fertlizer after switching from grow fertilizer a few weeks ago, I drove the grow fertilizer down bit by bit before stopping using it completely, the bud growth on this plant seems slow also and buds are larfy. I'm going by the fertilizer grow chart/recommended dosage, but I was using more, probably 3ml more than I should have been doing, so I fed it only water for about a week then started feeding again at recommended dosage, or maybe 1ml less. It's had these marks since well before I started using the bloom fertilizer though so don't think it's that. Also my pH is 6.5 and has been throughout whole grow, check it every day, every water, every feed and in-between watering, Thanks in advance

Most of the fertilizer charts for products out there have you overfeeding your plants. You were using even more. You have overfed your plants.

Overfeeding is one of the major causes of issues people encounter.

You really should post a picture of the whole plant and not just a leaf. And what nutrients are you using?

Using shogun samurai terra bloom, i got happy with it, I drove the dosage up slowly because it dealt with it, but then started showing rusty spots on the leaves so I fed it just water for a week then brought the dosage right down and then gradually back up to the recommended dosage. Thanks for the advice on suppliers recommending higger dosages, I did read that somewhere else, sadly this was after I decided to double the dosage, my bad
