Leaf problem.... i have a picture.

hi i was wondering what are these white dots on this leaf?
my plant has always been outdoors and ive had a few plants with a few leaves that look like this......

1.) is it caused from bugs?
2.) is it a skin disease?
3.) is it caused from the sun?
4.) how to prevent this?
5.) how to fix it?

really no one knows yet? its like a bunch of white bloching spots.... is it heat stress?? im confused...

Look at the underside of your leaves with a magnifying glass and report what you see. might be spider mites. if so, spray with neem oil or pyrethrum.

thanks for your help, i think it could have been spider mites even though i have alrdy sprayed my plant with neem oil, i still find one occasionally.

It does look like some early spider mite damage. Monitor new growth several times/wk and repeat treatment(s) frequently to interrupt the life cycle of the mites. Neem oil is effective but has a poor level of residual control. Without knowing everything about your grow I am going to step out on a fairly sturdy limb say that it is not a "skin disease" LOL
