Leaf is wilting

On my plants first set of leaves, the oval ones, the biggest one is starting to wilt. It's turning greyish...

what kind of soil? how often and how much do you water? have you given them any nutrients? if so how often and how much? what are your temps? whats your ph?

I'm using MG, but I'm transplanting the plant into a pot tomorrow with Bio-Grow organic soil. I water my plants usually only when the soil gets dry, which is like every other day. But I spray them daily. I use Bio-Grow nutrients. The temp in the box is 78 degrees, and humidity is at 45 percent. I don't check the ph's but I do use rain water so I don't really have to change the ph of the water.
