Leaf Cupping? Leaves look fake?

So some of my indica's have been showing leaf cupping and the new leaves seem to have a shine or look as if they're sorta fake. Any advice???

18/6 light under 1000hps
soil mix w/ perlite medium
watered yesterday and fertilized last week.

Raise your light. Too hot.

The light is pretty far away, I'm beginning to think its just the strain by how bushy they're looking. doesnt seem to be an issue

It says here that your PH is getting away from you. Can you eliminate this possibility for us?
