Leaf burn? Need advice.

That looks to me like its over watered. Any time you put a small plant in a big container and you do your first soak...it can drown the roots. Stick your finger deep in the soil and then pull it out and roll the soil between your fingers...if it feels super moist that would be the culprit.

Water only when the dirt is dry man and don't spray the water directly on the plant. And maybe your light is too close. It will recover its weed man but next time be careful with these things.
