yeah from what i see a patient can use both and no one would ever know If their careprovider is family. the careprovider regesters with no one if they are a family member and the only thing needed is a letter from patient. If i was a patient i would still sample goods at dispensarys to dry diffrent stuff. Even if you get good stuff the same old same old gets old fast.

you guys are missing the point. a patient has to designate if he is using a caregiver/dispensary, that caregiver(a dispensary is a caregiver) registers with the state with the number of plants that will be growing. A dispensary won't let you purchase meds without being designated your caregiver......when the state gets its thumb out of its ass and prints the new forms it will be much clearer....

I know caregivers with 25 strains and much better quality and prices than dispensary meds
