Layoffs, Bankruptcy, and Closings

Translation: "I don't know what you're talking about, but it's the fault of the Republicans."
obama and boehner had a grand bargain worked out which included revenue increases but he feared his freshman tea bag segment of the party, so backed out like a little weasel, got a worse deal, and we suffered a credit downgrade. all because of someone who still describes people as poopyheads.

4 years in office and everything is still Bush's fault. How long will I get to blame Obama for? Didn't he promise net job creation in the millions and a deficit cut in half from less than 500 billion?

I have never seen it said so sucintly actually Uncle Buck. It will be touted as Obama's unwillingness to "compromise" though, just wait a moment and see.

I get a kick out of this laboriously ongoing chant.

I imgaine the mothers and fathers of childrenborn without arms or faces in a destroyed city called Hiroshima years after a cloud of death was unleashed upon them all "yeah yeah yeah", the american general says to the forlorn parentsholding their poor child up for inspection "when are you going to stop blaming America for your ills"?

yeah, but the same people who told me that the polls were skewed and that romney had a 10 point lead also told me that this grand bargain had never been reached or that it was obama who weaseled out of it for no reason whatsoever.

truth and reality are too much for these sock puppets and douchebags.

Maybe Japanese leaders should have thought better before attacking the USA.

It tends to frighten them. But I will tell you that my history here is filled with explainations of their actions and beliefs, so far, they seem to be rather accurate. Compartmentalization and denial comes with being a right wing authoritarian.

But never before has it been so plain.

I'm not a sock puppet. Any time somebody says anything not out of a Little Red Book around marijuana I always give a like on a forum. Communists harsh my mellow, man.

The inherited 2008-2009 deficit was 459 billion. The 2009 deficit was the 1.5. Even if he "inherited" it he totally bombed on his promise to cut the deficit (whatever you claim it is) in half. It has never been below 1 trillion dollars under Obama.

Congratulations Woman, you can post almost one half of a data set. Thanks for not bothering to interpret said data by mixing numbers with your own ideas as to what the data reflect. You posted the red columns from a statistic data sheet and left out the black columns, I am assuming you did this to make some point about how the election results have hurt our economy. Is this the inference you are trying to make?
Nope. It's going to get worse and I'm going to post this info each month. Just getting started.

Their vehicle sales have sucked for years. This POS company went tits up way before Obama was even elected the first time and was bolstered in the US only due to motorcycle sales. That's just one. You're nuts. Especially if you believe 90% of these bastards as they use any excuse to bail out with golden parachutes - a Republican favorite.

You even dateline it Election Day. You "conservatives" sound like the simpletons you are.
Sounds like someone's a sore winner.

What is lacking here imo is a comparison of layoff, closure etc. rates to the baselines established buy the last ten (or so) years. The naked numbers lack meaning and serve only to incite a general deficiency of gruntlement. Jmo. cn
That's for someone like UB to post. As a union worker would say that's not my job.

Actually we're after the same basic principle - perspective - but if i understand your post, we're following two different dimensions.
You are interested in the corresponding positive news ... openings&expansions, hirings etc.
I am interested in scaling the prima facie impressive list of negatives against the rates at which these things have been happening. WW implies but never states that this is extraordinary, "serves us right" for re-electing the poorer economic leader.
but what if these events are not a spike, but buried in or even beneath the noise floor of the base layoff/closure rates? In that case, I accuse her news source of using statistics in the Clemensian idiom, i.e. as needing improvement before even meriting the descriptor "damned lies". Jmo. cn
I think you should take from it what you wish.

Looks like most of those layoffs & bankruptcy's are in the path of hurricane Sandy, kinda hard to employee people with no f*cking building!
Have you seen the news? It was on all the channels..even Fox........I think!

Three things - you know this how?

If Romney were prez, it wouldn't be happening why?

Are you going to post if things get better? or will you simply stay quiet?
