late grow so cal

hey i found 2 seeds its august 10th i planted them in pots. i live in so cal. i want to know what these seeds will do? start flowering after they reach 1 foot or will they keep growing? never done such a late grow before but im up for the learning/experiment besides i love growing it and lookin at it everyday. will i be ok if these plants finish around late november cause that is what im guessing might be kinda cold that time of year.

depending on strain, you should be cool at november in so cal....if your in L.A. etc. , where it does not snow. if u still think it will get to cold or worry about rain fall build a green house. I built a nice little green house out of pvc pipes and duct tape.get some plastic material and make sure your pvc is sturdy. cost me less than $20

yeah so cal should be 100% fine till like mid oct.. heck maybe even nov this year..
you should expect about a 2 foot 3 footer

would it be ok to keep them in 5 gallon pots since they wont grow big.
