Last Day TO Renew Cards for another year of growing??????

There has been a few different day being bandied about.....

but has the ACTUALLY date been figured out?? I dont wanna be forced into going to dispensaries and paying 300 a zip... thus i wanna figure out how to keep growing for another year!

I tried calling Adhs and got NOTHING.... anyone have a firm date for all to see????

In theory today is the date they were suppose to release who was awarded the Licenses. This is the latest from the directors blog/email.

"We expect to award Medical Marijuana Dispensary Registration Certificates on August 7."

Until the doors are open you should be able to get rights.

so as long as its before aug 7th i should be ok for the next year??

I look at the MJ cardas a way of NOT going to jail in case you ever get pulled over and have herb in your car.

I do too, but if you live somewhere like Canada where they are phasing the cards out then fuck them.

The last day is the day before a dispensary opens up 25 miles from you. There is no specific date for that so far as I know.

Hmmm...I do not follow the law up there close..did not know that..why not just get a p.o box in the middle of nowhere or an area that no dispensaries will be moving to anytime soon?

because if the Arizona storm troopers kick down your door you're gonna end up in tent city with out a legit card........ Its frustrating that NO ONE seems to REALLY know when grow right scan be taken away.... Why is that??? i contacted the local Norml chapter and they didnt know....I called AZDHS and they didnt know.... Im frustrate as FUCK. I just dont wanna be caught out in the cold, and stuck with a green card that is basically worthless(ill NEVER buy from an expensive dispensary).

Is it when they open? Is it when 15th of August? if i HAVE a card that says i can grow, but i dispensary opens, do i have to stop growing?
Will they be so bold as to go around to home that USED to have grow rights and check to see if you are growing?

Im so frustrated by all this....my PTSD/natural stress levels are through the roof....i spent TONS of money buying growing gear..and it might all be for naught

You can grow until your card expires .. When you renew they will do a 25 mile check, and your new card will be sent out with either 1 more year of rights.. Or you will receive a card that does not have rights, and you will be provided the address of the nearest dispensaries... If your card says authorized to cultivate you can do so until it expires

I wonder what's gonna happen when a dispensary gets shut down by the feds? There will be quite a few pissed off patients I for see.
