large yields in the 20-40g range

Evening boys and girls, so new to the forum and looking for some advice about large wax yields and time to purge on heat or in a vac oven.

so the set up is this

TE700 wide mouth extractor and a TE700 original extractor each machine holds around 200-220g per run. depending on material yields 20-40g a run

after the process how long would you recommend heat purging for? hot plates set around 120-130 the dishes stay around 100-115

after the hot plates, how long should it purge in the vac oven and at the same 110-120 temp ?

just until is as thick as you want . I never purge but cook it on a pan and stir it very often ear wax and oil. hard to tell you how long it just gets very thick once the butane is gone it still takes a few. thicker the better for higher thc. purge only makes it even more potent . its so strong already don't matter . im high as fuck right now hope I read your post correctly

i have purged for 10 days ontop of my cooltube light ...........by then i have very small fine bubbles i gave it anouther week going in stiring every now and then and i could not see any more bubbles and it had reduce even more ( to see the bubbles i took it off the top and folded in the sides to break the surface if anything was in there it wouls bubble up pop and make a ripple when i let it go )

as of now it is sitting on top of the screen...........it is warm dark and no bubbles the last 3 days i have looked in to grab some

this was only a small amount 3.5 grams in a slick stackable .....................your large amount i would say it would be better to have a larger purge vs taller...........the larger one will help reduce the time some

odd my post did not show, yes making wax with a closed system. so if it is fully purged will it still burn if I put a flame to it? trying to figure out when it is purged/safe

yes it is, I don't know what clean wax burns like verses dirty/butane wax. just asking

I assume you made wax by heating or sucking longer? Than one would employ to make shatter?

has any one made shatter with a tamisium ? or is it from sticks only kinda thing?

I vac purge over heat at 130 max for about 3-6 hrs or until it stops releasing bubbles at that temp. I try not to touch it after i scrape from the glass dish onto my parchment. This is the end result. There are no bubbles at all. The ridges are just thicker parts of the patty. It's stable at room temp, easily snaps when you break off a piece.

so I got to work and most was packaged already so here are a few pics of some small pieces

Dont whip!!!! dont touch it haha i blow on the bubbles big enough.. the more whippin the more tarps ur just ruining.. i blast .. Then hot water bath till its all bubbled across the dish.. Take a dark jar smaller the better as long as its not to big..baby food jar works...seal oil in jar on parchment then i place in hot water bath 120° .. the tane will caus pressure buil up..when the jars top pops up .. open jar to allow vaper to escape.. Seal and repeat till top no longer pops up.. the pressure. will also give u a good chunky cookie like nug if u allow pressure to build and stay longer..
