I have an Adjust -a- Wing with light spreader, but not yet into flower..After reading, and hearing people talk it seems the Magnum XXXLG 6 or 8 was the way to go regarding light coverage.

My space is 7.5 x 7.5 x9 foot

I don't know..What do you guys think?
Any users of either out there?

I could always sell the Adjust a Wing..

I only have space for 1 lamp in my current set-up, until I can redo the electric......

later..

Here is the pdf from sunlight supply on the suggested layout for the adjust a wing reflectors. According to the layout you could light up that whole room w/ only your large adjust a wing and a 1000 watt bulb. Also you can run two 600's or two 400's mix and match mh and hps for the optimum spectrum. Don't know about the other reflector you mentioned. Is it as versatile? Lumatek sells a ballast that can run two 600's on one outlet.

I have a med. adjust a wing w/ a 600 in my flowering room. My space is 6'5"x 6'x 7'9" and it works great in there. I hope to build another flower room soon that will be 12'x 7'6"x7'9" and plan on using two large adjust a wings w/ dual 600's in each. :joint::mrgreen: It is too large to attach. go to sunlightsupply.com in the horticultural section click on reflectors, on page two you will find the adjust a wings click on that then they have the tips in the top right corner of the page.
