Landlords?

So in the text of the law, it states that landlords cannot discriminate against tenants for being Medical Marijuana patients. Does this carry over to the growing aspect? Am I allowed to have a small indoor garden without worrying about penalties from my landlord, so long as there are no violations of the terms of the lease?

Just curious as I've been looking into moving to a new apartment and need to know if I can bring my garden with me.

Thanks!

Not going to ask him for permission, more for him coming into my home to check something and seeing a grow tent. That's the concern.

...the first thing i do when i move into a new place is to change the locks so that can't happen, my landlord wants in he has to ask me first and make an appointment.

i don't tell my landlords i'm doing this i just do it, the only way they will know i did it is if they attempt to enter when i am out and if he complains i complain louder about him trying to go into my house when i'm not there.

...i will only accept an apartment in a 2 or 3 family house, NEVER an apartment complex and never owner occupied, ...i don't want to live with 50 other neighbors up my ass and i don't want an owner as my neighbor because it's his house so he will feel he has the right to invade my privacy, ...better a landlord who lives elsewhere, ...i'm lucky my landlord lives almost 2000 miles away from me so i just pay the rent by depositing it into his account, as long as he doesn't have to wait for his money, he leaves me alone.

...you have to choose the kind of situation you want to live in and then go find that situation, ...it's out there, now it's up to you.

peace, bozo
