La Confidential yield?

I've been eyeballing this La Confidential and trying to find info on the yield but haven't been able to find anything...

Has anyone grown it? How's the yield? It has the finishing time I'm looking for and the uplifting high I'm looking for.. but it has to yield well. Better than average.

I am growing out some la confidential right now, it seems like its going to have a nice yield, makes some nice fat nugs, and it looks and smells great. This is at about week 4 1/2, they are pretty much ready now. I will post some pics tomorrow when the lights are on, its looks really good, I can't wait.

La is great. yields are that of any kush, dependent on how long u veg... i would say 7-8 weeks with an very uplifting high....

Kush huh? Guess I didn't notice the kush in the cross when I read it.. seems like I always read that kush's don't yield that well. Thanks for the pics Keefers. Keep them coming I'd like to see it when done, those nugs look nice but a little on the small side. (no offense intended) How's the stretch after flipping it?

SunnyD what would you expect to get off a plant you vegged for a month and a half and bloomed under a 1000hps? do you think you could get 4-5oz off one plant if topped a couple times etc under a 1k light?

its possible....i would say 3-4oz topped will probably be the best way to go. topped early imo

Actually Keefers I have to take that back about your nugs looking on the small side.. at 4 weeks those look pretty nice. please post pics when it's done.

LA Confidential is one of the strongest strains I've ever smoked, and I'm happy to be living on the west coast where this strain is more available.
The stone of this strain is very strong, hits you right between the eyes and knocks you down for the next few hours...if you let it hahaha. DNA made a hybrid of LA Confidential and G13 called Connie Chung. I tried this one before the LA Confidential, it has a much sweeter taste.
You can actually get this strain for free from Attitude this weekend for the November promotion. I'm ordering because they are giving away 2 regular LA Confidential seeds! And two other super strains, but I forgot what else offhand. Of course you have to order over a set amount of money to qualify.

Nice I like a nice strong high like that, as long as I can still get stuff done. I already have some chemdog that knocks me on my ass... I need a daytime smoke. Yeah I noticed that promo at attitude, they are also throwing in a pinapple chunk and super lemon haze. I just threw out SLH to make room for other stuff.. but I'd like to try that pinapple chunk too. It has a nice finishing time and claim a good yield. So that promo has two strains I'm interested in checking out....LA Confidential and Pinapple Chunk... and if you haven't tried SLH then I suggest checking it out. Great high and fantastic lemon smell, too low of a yielder for me to keep around but I'm glad to have grown it out a few times.

Thanks for the info guys. I might take advantage of that promo at attitude or look for clones locally, I've seen it pop up on craigslist from time to time.

Thanks, I am proud of them, here are a couple pics from today, and a couple sample buds that have been drying for almost 3 days, and a nice bowl thats about to get me toasty.

Yea, this, it grows very similar to my bubba, the ones I posted were vegged for maybe 3-4 weeks, and I top according the Uncle Ben guide to get 4 main colas, which Im sure everyone here has read.

Yea, thats for sure, they feed pretty much the same too, the LA seems to take a little more water. Those are the only two strains I have growing right now lol, luckily I have a friend I can trade with, unluckily he mostly has widow right now and that stuff rocks my throat. But I have some new seeds on the way, one is some jillybean, hope at works out as good as it has for other people here, it will be the most sativa-like plant I have ever tried, so I'm excited.

I bought a packet of seeds from DNA that are a blend of Cannalope and LA Confidential called Cannadential. Anyone smoked or grown this before?

I'm thinking about it

I'm growing some of this right now, but haven't finished it yet. My buddy grew it for the last 1.5 years and seems to be suffering a bit of strain vigor. He grew ebb and flow style using coco, with plant spacing 16 plants per 1000 watt light and averaged about a lb per light. Amazing aroma, excellent high, but nothing extraordinary in terms of yield from what I've seen.

the LA is my favorite indica right now. I love it. It's really good in all it's crosses too. The yield isn't fantastic at all, and my favorite pheno is a little girl that's slow in veg, but yields decent if you veg it long enough.
