LA Con Strain Report

sweeet buds! great report, i recently got a pick n mix seed and now i'm eager to grow it.

what was the dry weight?

Going to have dry weight tonight. Still hanging. I predicted 168 grams when I harvested her. Now that the buds are just about dry, well I predict closer to 80-90 grams.

what do u begin and end growing your beauty in?

This little lady took her time in veg. Like 3 months. Stayed short and no stretch in 12/12. Buds turned light purp in the end. Smell was strong towards the end and the buds where DENSE from top cola down to little nugs at the bottom.
Stayed in 12/12 for a full 69 days and still no amber. Had to harvest her being I was afraid that the buds being so super dense that they might mold.
The first hit was an amazing explosion of flavor, including fruit, lemon and wood ash on the exhale.
Stone came on fast and heavy, I could not smoke 2 bowls. After the first bowl kicked my ass, I loaded another to show her who's boss, I woke up in the morning with a half loaded pipe still in my hand.
I am going to purchase more seeds from the Tude and grow her out again and again, as she has became the first strain (indica) to kick my ass into a full nights sleep.
I used Humboldts complete line of Organics, veged under T-5s and 600hps for 12/12

Sweet report, nice job on that.

I use FFOF/perlite from seedling in a 1 gallon using Humboldts Naturals (Organics) and all Humboldts Naturals line up. Move them up to a 3 or 5 gallon smart pot with top half rolled down so I can keep plants low, then after the stretch in 12/12 I unroll the top half and I used to add more FFOF but now I am thinking I want something higher in P.

I had LA Woman and she was Sweeeeet. Here are some pics of her.

Just a note on the Weight ~ 3.25 oz Had some friends over last night and they could not believe how extremely dense the buds where. We got so STONED off the LA Con, no one could function correctly.

3 months veg?? wow. Why so long, did you top or fim? I am thinking about growing 6 of these in 3 gallon grow bags in a 50/50 mix of ffof and light warrior. Under 400 wat hps, and 200 watt t5 w/bloom and grow bulbs. any tips

also full line of earth juice.

L.A. is what i started with almost 2 yrs ago and still have her in the stables.I would like to snatch a pac up to do a seed run as what i have was a clone given to me.Your set up is like mine.....600hpsflower/T5hoveg.What i have almost doubles but not quite in flower....has from the start.Good smoke....which is why i would like to get some seed and pheno hunt.

She can handle alot of food too....seems to be a p hog all the way through veg and flower

How does the LA Woman compare to the Con?

LA woman was a nice tasty herb with a relaxing high. LA Con is quicker to the punch and settles in from head into upper body. Both worth gardening.

how many seeds did you pop? was there a better yieldin pheno?or one that grows faster in veg?

we grew one plant about two years ago and it is amazing weed. its definitely one of our all-time favorite buds to smoke. only got around 2 oz from it but it was very tasty.

Yeah she is a small yielder but great smoke.
