La chocolat

Yup I'm thinking you guys are right.. mines a few days from cut and it smells and looks killer. No idea on final product but I'm excited to see... still real excited about blue mystic, everything that sees direct light is huge and dense not much under the canopy though so yield may be similar

Harvest. Still smells of melons, cocoa, and earthy kush. Since this is one plant of 6-7 being grown under one 600w light, I'm very happy with the yield here. I would imagine that in future clone runs she will yield quite nicely. Very impressed with this strain. Probably going to order either some LA Cannalope or Connie Chung regs based off this. Hopefully they are as impressive. I've also got an LA Confidential from their reg seed stock that I just flipped, looks to be a very dark and dank afghani style, as one would expect. 4' stake in front for size reference.

The Seed I have has a strong smell of melons or cantaloupe it's awesome! Very powerful head high at first which slowly creeps down the spine in to the body. That is my experience.

Last Oct I harvested a sole LA Chocolat from a freebie given by the attitude seedbank. All in all I got about 5 ozs from that single female under 600w. Not really disappointed as there was a heat issue along with lack of ventilation through most of the grow. I had planned for this harvest to last me a few months. Wishful thinking. As once I tasted the sweet notes of LA Chocolat , all those prior plans went by the wayside. Truth is I have never smoked so much weed so quickly in all my life. That 5oz lasted just 6 weeks for me. Right now as of today , I am out of all LA Chocolat. What can I say about this weed?. Well for a start, one of the best strains ever. It took me back to my teens . Giggles , laughs and seeing the comical side to most any situation during the day. I could smoke and smoke this stuff all day long. Like no strain I have gotten from the clubs. The LA Choc pheno I got was from the Choc Thai in the parentage. Not a one hit wonder but still a sativa high that could be easily managed. Very important to me , as some sativa in the past get me too racy and irritatable to really enjoy the smoke.
Now I am on a self enforced hiatus from all weed for a while. I feel like I have enough of THC in my system to last for some time. Not smoke at all today and just mild nausea so far. I predict a night or two without getting good sleep. But that is to be expected when the body is getting back to"normal".
When I get to put plans together for a future grow, I know LA Chocolat will be a serious contender for my garden. That deep spicy taste and big buds have me already thinking .

Im impressed by this strain. I received one seed as a freebie. Im in the 5th week of flowering and after it stretched straight up in a 7 gallon pot i supercropped and bent it over after ita arms stretched and i have 5 main colas that are aprox 9-11 inches long and easily 2.5inches diameter and about 9 others half that size. purple hues on calyxes started within the last few days. With about 30 days to go according to dna i cant wait to see how she finishes. Looka to be atleadt a 4 oz plant after 2 month veg
