My biggest plant is almost 5 ft so I dont think ill be able to hang the entire plant , ill have to chop them up off the base of the plant into manageable size branches and hang them on a rope in the basement.

If you have the space to hang the whole plant do it.
I don't think ill ever trim wet again ...

How do you prevent drying mold? I'm doing one plant I cut today, giving me many problems, and now I'm worried about mold and caterpillars.

You're gonna have to pull of any leaves with signs of pm/mold and inspect them for worms before you bring em in.

Also keep your humidity in check mine stays around 55%
you also want a fan in the drying room so the air isn't stagnant. Pm loves a stagnant enviorment.

I've been pulling off leaves that show signs of pm on my sour d . Haven't noticed any spread of it in the last couple days with the lower outside humidity and high temps we've been having here.

That's what I know about controlling pm maybe someone else who knows more can chime in ..

Ok I haven't gotten mold this year, and I'm tripping about the stupid moth eggs on the plant. Tomorrow major inspection. Thanks by the way. Your plants look amazing.

Top shelf!

when we gonna chief one bro?!?!?!?! I'm off all next week HMU

Thanks bro
We gotta get together soon ..

I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled next week so I'm gonna be out of it for a few days
Then I'm gonna have to trim up this Domina

Next week is gonna be a busy week for me . Hopefully I can get some free time to kick it wit cha
If not I'm sure we will get together after harvest when things settle down a bit ...
Looks like I'm gonna have enough to swap with u if u want .....

Lost a lot to bud rot ... Black Domina is just entirely to dense to run outdoors (at least in my area).

Over the entire season id say I lost about 2 1/2 zips due to bud rot.

She's currently drying

are you drying those outside or in a barn or somthing? what a pain its gonna be trimming those. i always trim fan leaves and leaves before drying. careful they dont get wet at night time your sure to lose everything to mold that way.

I used to trim wet but the bud would always start to smell like hay after 3-4 days drying
So I don't think ill be trimming that way again.

When I let it dry this way the bud is protecting by the fan leaves and it allows the bud to dry more slow and even .
So when it ready to be jarred it still smells like it did on the plant instead of me wondering if the smell is ever gonna come back ....

But to each their own .

Lookin good!!! I find it more work that way. This harvest I had to cut up everything for inspection. Lost a little bit from caterpillar mould. Some buds were just too dense!!

If you wet trim try putting it in a paper bag at the end, for a day or two before you put it into jars.
