Yeah, I plan on grabbing a few acres somewhere around Kelseyville, if you know where that is. I would love to be closer to Berkley as I would be doing a masters program, but I wouldn't mind the commute either only doing it twice a week I could drive 10 hours.

That would be a little bit of a drive from Berkeley, for sure. Why Kelseyville, if you don't mind me asking?

Cheap real estate very close to some water, I have a boat, but not a big one. Plus It's like 2 hours or so from the coast so if i wanted to go there I could too. I just liked the area, like i said I am open, esp if it's even closer to Berkley.

My main issue is money, this would be a starter home, and I am still young and willing to do alot of work, plus make money. So if I can find a diamond in the rough and do some work to polish her I am more then willing. I also like being in NoCal I have family in Co, so any closer distance would be nice, so I can visit, they just had a baby, she is soooo cute. Not that an hour more north or south would really be that big of a difference but w/e

A koi pond is almost always a nice addition to any property. I'd love to have one here, but we would have to be sure we could protect the fish.

I know a good fish when I see it. I once got, when I worked for a small-scale importer/breeder, a baby BLUE doitsu. This thing was blue, you know that's not a normal color morph for koi, so when I saw it swimming around I snagged it. It looks like the koi in your av is also a doitsu. :D

I can talk fish all day long.
The Koi in my AV is a doitsu your right It's from alexandra breeding if you know what that is ...

I'd love a KOI buttttttttt my dog would eat it ... Owning a Dingo has it's draw backs ...:joint:

Beautiful fish, and beautiful work. I'm not gonna diss someone's tat, either, so...

I'm not familiar with Alexandria Breeding, but it's been a LONG time since I worked the aquarium ornamentals business.
