i would like too know on past grow experience and knowledge of others how many or what would be a good number of plants too reservoir ratio and with these specs of the area I'm using etc.

2 flood trays for ebb & flow system trays are 24 x 44 x 7
50 gallon reservoir
and room size is 5 x 7 x 7

400 watt mh too start out with veg on a track
then switch out too 1000 watt hps cooltube on a track

i'm sure you all know what a track is but in case you don't it moves the light across the grow room too get more light without the need of multiple lights

i just wanna get my moneys worth from all these nutes i'm about too spend a pretty penny on is all
ehrr i believe i covered all specs needed but if any other questions or advice feel free i could use it lol

kick out the light mover. get another light.
ACCESSORIES
One of the most innovative accessories for lighting is the "Solar Shuttle" and its copies. This device moves a metal halide or sodium vapor lamp across a track 6 feet or longer. Because the lamp is moving, each plant comes directly under its field several times during the growing period. Instead of plants in the center receiving more light than those on the edge, the light is more equally distributed. This type of unit increases the total efficiency of the garden. Garden space can be increased by 15-20% or the lamp can be used to give the existing garden more light. Other units move the lamps over an arc path. The units take various amounts of time to complete a journey - from 40 seconds upward.

so the bitch about the light mover is it's very hard to aircool the air ducking explodes after a few weeks of bending and strecthing i went down the same road a few years ago it ended up being a head-ach and a half so if your using the light mover id ditch the cool tube and just get a regular hood .....
