The 2x Kessils finally arrived! It took some additional time because growershouse didn't have 2x models of the magenta left in stock, so I said I would wait til they had both, after that they spent a few days at FedEx because the guys at growershouse were cool enough, to not add the entire address to the package. The first pic inside of the tent is just the two kessils on. The two magenta lights added tons of red to overall color of the tent, time to see how they do as supplemental lights. The Kessils are 16 inches above the canopy btw.

Whats the light footprint of the Kessills? Boy they pump out a bit of light. I had been considering something like this for my "between" space, the space between my panels that currently is lit by 2x46W T5HO. Sure would love to ditch the fluoro's completely, or repurpose them.

I measured the footprint it's about 22-24 inches so it lives up to what it claims. Depends on how far up you want to hang the light. So far my plants seem to like'em. As for better than CFL's I agree, they kick out more light than my old 100 watt cfl grow light that I have, and only use 36-40 watts.

I had to take 2 of the girls out so I pulled two of the mammoths out and disposed of them, I just didn't have enough room in there. And, this grow i wanted the plants to have more room, so far the four are paying off. The flower sites look way healthier, and spacing between flowers is much closer. Plus I have them completely under the light for once. The kessils are doing great, little fuckers are fantastic for 36 watts. The Rock nutrients I'm using are kicking ass too. When I cut up the mammoths, I noticed their stalks were thicker, and popped louder when I cut into them, and had more of a challenge ripping the plant out of the soil.( to check root strength). To help support these plants I put four bamboo around the plant and twisted some of the pipe cleaners together to make some plant cages.

The first picture are the two who had to go... : (
The rest are the remaining four. The two in the back are mammoths, and now that my cousins plants have been in flower for about 6 weeks he did some comparisons to what the other two looked like and the ones he had. We now believe the one in the front right is Northern lights, and the one on the front left is Cherry Bomb.

I paid 90 bucks per light and at 36watts per light I would have to say so. For supplemental lights them and the new nutes are performing.

I picked them up from Growershouse.com they were having a 10% off all lighting thing goin. Plus they ended up returning my shipping because I called them and told them about them not putting the address on the package and it staying at fedex for a couple more days on top of them shipping it 3 days late. Growers house has a lighting sale like that atleast once a month or any and every holiday it seems, so i would just wait til then.

Sweet choice on dumping 2. The kind so far looks great. I'm just starting the next round under my kind and I noticed it was quite helpful to the back the outer branches and open up more of the center of the plant, to both light and air doing less plants that are larger seems to be the easy way out for me but then again I often slip back into our rotation as I'm doing now 30 inch canopies in the veg don't cut it.garden looks great man

It says store pickup only for the light wtf
I just saw your post and went to the site, they were probably updating or something. I put one in the cart, and the shipping option came up.They're on sale again too, 87.50 a piece til tomorrow. Hope you like'em as much as I do. Right now I'm saving up for another 3x3 but I wanna get an Xgs since they're all white, and supplement with two more like these for their added red spectrum. I read what some of the others posted about the 190 not yielding as much as the 150 because it didn't have as much red. I think that combo would be pretty sweet.

Growing them shorter, LSTing, trying new nutes, adding light, and leaving more room in the tent is all paying off. The buds all look great, during my last grow they were smaller at the start of 5 weeks than these ladies are now. At this point during the last grow I was already having issues, now the plants are all completely green. This week I tied some of the stalks to the plant cage to open the plants up more, and I also made a stop at the grow shop to pick up some Mother of all Blooms, the guy that works there swears by it. Anyone use it before?
The cherry bomb is a little behind the others but the SWEET smell she has, made her the one I can't wait to try.
The Mammoths are still showing their same phenotype, but this time flower sites are closer, and more developed than before.
The Northern Lights by far has the most bud, shes stacked all around. Her smell also changed, it smelt kinda spicy before, but now more like lemon.

Getting toward the end of week 6, still have 4 more to go :wall: the plants are looking good. Still all green and packin tons of white pistils. I would say about 1-2% of the pistils have started to mature. And, I noticed the top of my Northern lights was knocked up :cuss:but it looked like only two pistils and i checked out the other girls, they look fine. So I'm guessing a little bit of pollen made it into my window. Can't really say it phased her though, the cola next to the ruler is hers. Plus some new genetics arrived.:hump: If you can't tell from the pic, Northern Lights is a personal favorite of mine. The Blueberry autos look like beasts compared to the other seeds. Popping those next for sure :-D

Shite m8...you're close to an overgrow of your tent! Looks similar to mine right now.
Nah I think I'm good. The plants have decent room. In the pic it just looks like they're on top of each other but the buds all get to make it to the top, and the fan leaves really ain't fuckin up too much.

Update time! Today while I was feeding I pulled out the girls, and pruned a little. They all have tons of bud, definitely crushing my other grows with this one. Today was also their last feeding with an exception to the Cherry Bomb. She still has 100% white pistils and she's a hybrid, so I figure she's gonna need another week or two, but she looks like she's gonna be worth waiting for. The first two pics are the Mammoths, then the Cherry Bomb, and lastly the Northern Lights. Can't wait til they're finished.:hump:
