Kind k5

not sure how many followed the kind k5 experience thread but it was removed. Kind contacted riu with an email filled with lies.


I'll make this quick.

My lights burned out after 2 weeks, I sent them back within the 90 day return policy. They arrived to kind and I was told they were damaged. So they offered to send them back since the return was for like new returns only. I was -2880$ and -200 in return shipping at this point.

Growers house which rocks offered me a partial refund which I took and they accepted the lights.

During the thread here I realized some very important info I overlooked. they started calling my questioning a conspiracy theory. So many things happened over this time and the main issue I had was they wouldn't give me proof that both lights were damaged. I also saw a perfect box in the back ground of the damaged light photo. we went back and forth for over a month. this is when I realized my theory was real. Kind would not send photos of the original box, or proof both lights were damaged, would not offer me anything as far as a return goes. Until I told them I was going to post my theory here. That's when they offered me a free light or $600. Sounds like hush money.

These companies are shady as fuck and to see a thread deleted which was all truth explaining MY EXPERIENCE I know for a fact it's real.

Unbelievable!

"Conspiracy theory" was used out of context...how can one person conspire, it takes two to conspire. Other than that dead give away, these two slandered every company in the LED forums for their own benefit. Now they are crying. Poetic fucking justice bitchez.

@ op. Sorry to hear about your experience. It's total fraud that they run a business. Start a class action. You're not the only one.

Why was it deleted? Does kind have their hand in rollitups pocket?

Bad enough buying the pos never mind this mess afterwards. I contacted riu again and no response yet.

The reason I switched to led was cause my hps started shooting sparks across my room. One day my hps looked real dim so I went to check and the bulb was sagging while still in the mogul socket. Dumb ass but I nudged it and fireworks spraying my plants. Once it cooled I checked and it was completely seperated. I still have a picture of the burnt up socket. Scary shit

If the troll account is right, well its a scary day of sorts. Not really, free site, staying in the black, thru other companies. Not all that surprising if true, not very surprising if also an outright lie, considering modus operandi of OP

I just checked out that kind site. They say that k5 1000 light they sell does better than a 1k hps. Then I seen the $2,000 price tag. That's just ridiculous. They must be crazy. I almost feel offended just looking at it.

A sock puppet slandering a good companies name to boost their own sales and/or an advertiser pressuring a forum into censorship, I feel I've been duped twice. Are you trying to sell me something too? Are we all just sharks or marks?

I didn't understand him at all either bro. Could be taken a couple ways. When something on this site doesn't make sense I just imagine they have just smoked a bunch of really good weed.

Maybe I'll smoke some and try and figure it out. Just call me modus operandi from now on though. Thank god for google

I didn't make the accusation specifically that RIU and KIND are in business together or some tomfoolery and then affected OP's return, and neither did I say OP was in the wrong for making said statement either.
Is the accusation correct, wouldn't you like to know that outcome?
