somebody told me theres no difference between hash and kief..
i didnt argue with him but i thought they were different; are they?
if so.. please state how..

also. i smoked some pretty good hash once and i wonna know the easiest, cheapest and fastest way to make it. any links to hash making tutorials would be great.:bigjoint:

answer the questions. dont just read n' leave.

well bro i live near morocco so ill tell you what... kief or kiffi as they call it (assuming its the same thing) is a blend of fine sativa weed cut up with tobacco, hash is hash lol completely different...
the way moroccans make hash is as follows: get all the weed you wana use, place it over a siv, then place a tea-towel or dish-cloth over it and beat it with something blunt..... then siv it, and repeat this method until no more thc crystals drop through the siv

i dont know about morrocco, but kief here in the states is just plain trichomes. if its mixed with plant matter, somebody fucked up.

and all hash is is pressed trichomes, sometimes heated while pressed but if pressed hard enough heat isnt neccessary


search "gumby hash method"...its the cheapest and easiest way to make hash IMO.

I like it UNpressed. That way I can sprinkly some on top of my bolws. Instead of having to try and shave some off to sprinkle on top of bowls. And most grinders now have a keif collector on the bottom. Doubted I grant its noot 100% pure trichomes but its still DAMN good stuff, some times puts me to sleep :sleep:

i use the gumby method. no bags, no filters, just gravity. it makes hash with a bit of plant matter in it and you dont get the different grades, but then i make BHO out of it. and that shit takes you straight to neverneverland.:sleep:

i make kief with a kief box. its a wood box with a 100micron metal screen over a piece of black glass. all you do is break up your bud over the screen and all the good stuff (kief) falls to the glass, then you scrape it up with a razor and you could spinkle it on a bowl or press it to make hash. i can get a nice little 0.2gram piece of hash from every gram of bud i break up. i love this thing.

When people say put the kief on a bowl.. what exactly does that mean?

that mean to sprinkle some of the trichomes collected, into a bowl normaly filled with weed . top that shit off:leaf:
