Keeping Flower Room Vented AND light tight

so i have a problem. I have two intakes (not including the one for the vented hood). Both of them connect to another room. They are both 6" inline duct fans (basic kind from home depot). The upper one connects to the mother room which is lit my a T5 bank. now even tho the ducting is angled at both points, i am getting a bit of light thru it. Is there a way to darken that passage without like taping a piece of black cloth across it? There is already a lot of negative pressure in the room. The other intake is low to the ground and has a peice of filter across it on the other side to minimize contagions. It also has a bit of light leaking thru. Any suggestions?

it sounds like you do what i do for venting. i get a piece of cloth material, and wrap it around the duct and push it against the wall on both sides. takes care of things for me.

thanks, I already cut and sealed my ducts, so i didn't want to have to redo it. saw some light proof louvers, but went the cheap rout. taped black cloth over the end and cut holes in it til the pressure equalized. :) thanks tho
