KC brians Mango

The last Mango I smoked knocked me on my ass, but I have no way of knowing it was from KC. Those seeds tend to be cheap. Mango is supposed to be an awesome strain to grow and I've heard many references to KC Brian's seeds when the topic of mango comes up. Hopefully someone will come along that has tried several breeders for the elusive Mango....

not very insense of a high . or long lasting. mainly smooth fruity smoke... anyone else agree?
exactly my experience. I got 4 out of 6 to germ (still 4 left), and 1 of them female. that female hermie'd on me. Outdoor she grew BIG, but indoor she was average. I won't be looking for more anytime soon.

That is a real disappointment. I have been coveting the mango and thinkin about it for awhile now. Thanks for the heads up now i know not to get from KC but has anybody tried it from the BC?

If anyone is looking for a mango strain, I would recommend they try something OTHER than KC Brains...I grew it some time ago, had two harvests. From the first harvest I only had one good pheno. This was a short plant with large fan leaves, well developed branches, thick stem and huge, short internodes, and big, resinous buds. When flowering in a cold environment, the buds and sugar leaves turn purple...but not REALLY that dark... the smell was of tropical fruit and alcohol...like fruit punch...not unpleasant, but i´ve had better. Doesnt actually smell like mango, although the other phenos (even less potent, but also little yield and/or way too stretchy) smelled more fresh and fruity than the one i kept. Despite all the shiny resin on the buds, the potency was unimpressive. Gave a mild body buzz. Maybe could be crossed with something more potent or used as a hash plant. I crossed it with a sativa and the results are looking better than last time.

So yeah, maybe try another mango and let us know what that was like...
