K-Neem/Pyrethrum Toxicity? PICS

I have been treating my plants with K-Neem followed by Pyrethrum to help with what I think to be thrips but not 100% sure...
The Pyrethrum did the job but may have done my plants in too if they don't recover. I could have a total unrelated problem here also, I don't know?? Any help is appreciated and will be +repped!

i used some gognats one time . i think its cedar oil and followed the instructions to the letter.
my plants looked just like yours afterwards and never recovered.
it almost seemed like either the oil blocked the plants ability to transpire or it was to alkaline and burned them.
thats not to say you have the same issue but it sure looks the same as yours nd no they never bounced back

Thanks for the advice Phinx, I tried to rep u but I guess I did recently and this place wants me to spread the love a little, thanks tho....!!
I think your right, I applied the treatments at about mid day, and I guess your supposed to apply treatments right before the lights go out or at night, especially on babies like this That is when the pores on the plant are closed up. From morning to mid day the pores are wide open, mine had several mid day treatments, oh well, if they make it they make it, I needed to get rid of the bugs one way or another...

have you tried spraying them down with just plain water to rinse them? That might help clean out the pores. Make sure it's at lights out.

Thanks Miss! I actually haven't done that until now. Sounds stupid, but I was almost positive it was a virus until yesterday. Does anyone think it could be a virus? I did have thrips, and from what I have read they are known for passing around plant viruses...

pyrethrum degrades in air and light and is non toxic to plants and humans. it works as a neurotoxin to small invertabrates. i recomend you use it for a couple weeks on the foliage and ALSO the soil. thrip eggs are .2mm so you will have no hope of seeing them, but thrips reach sexual maturity in 2-4 days. they dont fly well, and are windborne most of the time.
the thrip life cycle is very very fast.
the only real solution i see is to remove the feed (your plants, as in start over) and sterilize your growing environment.

did you spray them top down, because the instructions on mine says to make sure to spray only the under side of the leaf.

I mixed up 350ppm of super gogo juice yesterday for my plants (Michrozial, Liquid Karma, Hydroguard, and a blast of Nitrogen and Potassium) and the new growth is perking back up today on a few plants. I will update if they make it, thanks guys!... and gals!

Sorry I'm late to the party. I had the same issue as you , but I was fighting fungus gnats. I used the goGnats! cedar oil in the res, and sprayed the tent with pyrethrin just after lights out. I turned the fans off to allow the pyrethrin to stay in the tent. Two days later, the upper leaves and buds yellowed out, started curling up on the edges, and the plants stopped drinking. I was never sure if it was the cedar oil or the pyrethrin that caused it, but after a flush and a fresh res, they started drinking again in about two days. There was a little damage to the buds, but I still plan on getting a nice harvest out of it. I think what helped most of all was bumping up my feed cycle after the flush. Once I flooded every 2 hours, the plants started growing again.

If you are interested, I have some pics and documentation of my problem on page 10 of my grow journal.

Good luck with your grow!
