No, i don't think it was handled the best way possible or all options were exhausted. i think it was justified.

Evidently we interpret body language differently. What part of cocking the weapon back and crow hopping toward the officer (Happy Gilmore style) suggests he wasn't going to swing?

Naw. Google Fresno + Buds4Life. That WAS the club i was a member of before it got raided. Not happy about that at all man.

Ok first of all chicken bob sounds like an idiot with no real contribution to the discussion. That being said I think this was completely unjustifiable. There was more than enough man/dog power to take this man down without deadly force. The police in this country are beyond out of control. There are more than enough news stories of police brutality that prove this. Ten bullets to a mans chest is ridiculous . I'm a little shocked at the number of people who feel like this behavior is ok. Thank god a stray bullet didn't harm an innocent person.

so if he wasnt a cop jus a regular guy and he shot someone ten times in a parkin lot because the other guy had a metal pipe would he be in the right too?? or hes only in the right to shoot him 10 times because hes a cop?? Im just wondering where the logic is here....

Two cops, 5 rounds each. i maintain that the first cop was fully justified by law and the second over-reacted but maintained his training. Had you been the first, fully justified (when defending another). If the second, gotta be tried by 12.

The 2nd lowlife cop didn't even start shooting until the kid was dead on his feet going down.
No reason for that fuckin pig to fire a shot.
