Hey, check out my grow in my signature. Just posted some pics of the 1st plant I cut down. This is my first "real" try at growing, and looking for EXPERIENCED advice on how to harvest, cure, etc.

Also looking for some advice on what to do with these leaf trimmings all covered in crystals. I've never made hash, or butter, or anything. So any simple ideas would be great!

At ganjachronicle.com after trimming the leaves the plants are hung upside down until dry enough to crack the stem afterwards we clip the buds and put them in jars for curing opening daily for up to a few hours to keep the buds fresh and preventing of mold. This can be done from 3 weeks up to a year depending on the quality your trying to a achieve the longer you cure the higher the high will be theoretically but after a certain period the trichomes will eventually die out so although a years worth of curing would make vintage high end nug if you don't want to wait so log which most don't wait more than 2 months 4 weeks is generally a good amount for some good quality curing. If the nug seem to dry out to much you can put marijuana leafs in the jar to give them some moisture. One leave per jar can do the trick
Hope this is useful
