Just started growing need help!@$

I started growing 1 Skunk plant in my a aquarium i have the size is length is 36 inch width is 12 inch and depth is 20 inchs. i have the aquarium on its side and i tin foiled the entire inside of the aquarium even the lid but i've been thinking about getting mylar but idk how much it cost or where to get it really the temperature is around 21-23c degrees is that normal? im using 3 CFL 15w 2700k (been thinking about getting 2 CFL 6500k from home depot any know how much that will cost and what wattage) formed as a triangle over the plant and the lights are at the top of the aquarium supported by a couple of shelf brackets hooked into the lid of the aquarium, i hoisted the plant up first the main base is a plastic yellow lego box then a lego plastic mold onto of the lego box then finally a candle then the plant, the leafs are kinda turning brown on the tips then the leaf starts the brown tip to stem, is that because of over heating or something? and im using a 8 inch fan blowing in from the bottem left of the lid and i cut a inch of the foil away at the top of the lid to let the heat escape should i consider getting a computer fan? if so can i harvest it from a computer? and the humility is ranging from 30-60 is that normal? and can i veg a plant as long as i want? the lighting is it starts at 8am and ends at 8pm i got a light clock thing so that helps and i had to run a power cord from the main outlit then hooked up the light clock onto that powercord then hooked up a power cord to the light clock and then the lights and fan run on that power bar, is that power safe? like i dont wanna start fire or anything because the light clock and powerbar the lights and fan is hooked upto is in a box so ya... anyone got good advise to someone thats started growing? and if it helps i live on a island thanks for reading this and please give me advise

Ok, that's a lot to answer. lol

Tin foil: Get rid of it. You can get mylar at any grow shop, or you can get emergancy blankets from Walmart or whatever in the camping area. They are thin mylar. Tin foil causes hot spots and can burn the plant.

That temp is great but it will be up after you follow the next bit of advice...

Upgrade your lights, for vegging you need 6500k and you want stronger lights 23w or higher. General rule of thumb with CFLs is 100w (actual) for the first plant 50 for each additional as a bare minimum, the more the better. 23w bulbs run from $1 to $4 each depending on the brand and store.

The browning could be different things, could be burnt spots from the tin foil, but more likely it is nute burn or a lack of nutes. You didn't say what kind of soil or nutes you are using so it's hard to tell. If I had to guess I would say you are probably using MG or something with time release nutes.

Yes you can take a computer fan, you can wire it up to a 12 volt adapter.

Humidity is good.

You can veg as long as you want, but the longer you go, the bigger it gets, the more light you need.

You also want complete darkness when the lights aren't on.
