just started growing is my setup ok?

i just started growing this is my first indoor setup i am only keeping it indoors until it starts to warm up in january anyways, i have 1 plant it already has 6 leaves the two original and four ridged ones i have it in a medium sized pot with this bulb:
Natural Light Plus - Classic

so far it has worked i have a nice sized fan blowing a light breeze at all times. my first seedling got burned up because i had the light to low and no fan right now it seems to be working fine i have heard these lights work but are wayy to hot but after i started using a fan it has been fine this is a closet setup with only one plant.
any help would be very appreciated

Do not use that bulb. Get some CFL's ASAP! they are cheap and work much better than that one. Get some 23 watt or 42 watt swirly style energy saving bulbs. You will have much better success with them. Good luck
