hey guys... i did a closet grow last year and yeilded about 43 grams off of bag seed... i was using a 70W hps and a few CFL's.

i just got my homebox L in the mail yesterday, and put it up last night.. hung my 400W mh with an agrosun gold bulb, and planted a germinated "chronic" seed. i didnt buy seeds.... just found one seed out of a whole oz of chronic....just hoping for the best. i may end up getting seeds if this one doesnt work out. also, i was going to do one plant at a time, but i think 2 would be alot better seeing how the tent is alot bigger than i imagined. as you can see in the pictures, im using fox farms full line... im going to add a charcoal filter later on closer to flowering...and a few more fans up top to cool the light off. any thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

BTW... there is a big ass fan in there... just cant see it in the pictures.

hey i was thinking about getting one of these. Do they have good ventilation? I have the same light (Hydrofarm 400W mh) and plan to use a 430 argosun (hps) to flower. Jus wondering if I should go with the grow tent.

im very pleased with it... everthing is very sturdy, and i put it together in no time. the zippers are VERY heavy duty. i payed 210 to get it shipped to my door.

and yes, ventilation is good as well... along the bottom there are flaps that you can open for air flow, or close to seal off all light escaping. there is exhaust holes with pull straps to tighten it closed, there is cutouts to pull wiring through... and i think even an intake hole.

Is there a big difference in temp with the mh and the hps? Its getting real cold and the temp is a big concern for me im tryin to figure out a way to keep it a nice 75 degrees and around 50% humidity.

i just got the homebox clone one, i plan on growing in that, its 4 feet tall but really really wide so i figured i could have alot more plants than the large, hopefully it works out

I've have a homebox S. it works out good for me. currently it has a 250 watt HPS and 400 watt HPS in it. overkill, but they are sorta hitting two different areas delightfully.

I am pleased with the homebox, but I do find the double stitching tears easily. I've had to take mine down and put it up several times and its getting beat up fast.

Also I find their support lousy. They seem to reply to sales oriented inquiries, and thats it. Support to me has been null. No response as far being able to replace certain parts, etc. I find that troubling.

I was looking at getting that model to keep 2 mothers in. Does it hold up good when you don't have the shelves in place? My concern is that the shelves help the structures integrity and that if you remove them it might be wobbly.
