just cut off those buds at the bottom of the plants that are small and not growing, and what better way to dispose of them than to dry and smoke them? 
Taste wasn't that good although I expected it worse but they got the job done or maybe half-done, still better than nothing 
I agree, one of my small bottom buds broke off, and i dried for about three days and then I bong ripped it. Didn't really get that high but it was my shit.
