Just purchased a pack of Dutch Passion "The Ultimate" seeds.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how long to vegetate them before budding?

A) As long as you want. B) When you start to see alternating nodes OR C) When it is ~1/3 of the size you imagine your flowering plant. I'd go with A though

I got some of the same seeds from Attitude seeds, it seems i have both phenotypes too. still vegging, going to do small plants in small space. stoked on this one.
